The masking on the chain and the girl need some work if the image is going to be this minimal, There are some "hard" edges around the girl's head that need some work and some "bites" out of the chain that look awkward. The vast negative space in the middle is very interesting, but I'm not completely convinced yet. Try asking yourself "what is this about" and keep manipulating the image from there. Also, I would say if you're going to work with that much negative space as a compositional focus, the girl's face is fighting for too much attention somehow. Try experimenting with moving her and the chain around on the picture pain. What would happen if the chain rested on a "third" and the girls face was half off the right edge of the picture? I don't know if that would work at all or not, but I think you need to push this much farther. It feels very tentative and "safe" so far....
